We are so happy with the care our pups received at this clinic. The doctor as well as the technicians are all amazing to work with! We had to get both of our dogs in on a slightly urgent basis and had not yet established care at this clinic, but they were able to get us in very fast! I’m very impressed with their clear avoidance of the upselling of products and services. We were honestly shocked at how much lower our veterinary bills were than we initially expected for our dogs to be seen and taken care of. After calling seven different vet hospitals and being turned away - The Atlantic Street Pet Hospital was the only one willing to help us this evening; from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. They treated my corgi like family, which meant the world to me. The laid back, welcoming environment made an already stressful situation so much easier. I can’t thank them enough for getting us in and taking such great care of my boy. I’d gladly make the hour drive every single time knowing he’d be in such caring hands. Highly HIGHLY recommend! This place is absolutely amazing !!! They get me in on an urgent care basis when I need it. They are kind, compassionate, and thorough. They are fair with their pricing. Hi, I wanted to chime in because I love this hospital and I don’t think it’s right when they get bashed and can’t give context on these reviews. This recent review by “Cooper” failed to mention that him and his partner were disrespectful to the doctor. I talked with them prior to being seen in the lobby and I was in the other exam room next to them and heard them complain about the exam not being thorough and demanding to not be charged because “they could’ve done that”. Granted, the staff was running very behind, as I waited about 1 hour until I was seen, but the front desk lady kept me updated and apologized for the delay due to an emergency appointment that walked in. Our pug had a choking episode at home and we rushed to the nearest vet clinic. At first we thought they were still operating as an emergency hospital, but later learned they had changed ownership and now offer extended hours which was honestly such a relief for us that night. We were able to dislodge the treat that got stuck before arriving, but we still wanted our pug to be checked to make sure everything was okay. Because he was bleeding and uncomfortable, the team recommended a full mouth exam, which required sedation. We had been avoiding sedation for our older pug for a long time, so we were very anxious. But looking back, I truly believe we came at the right moment. What started as a scary incident ended up addressing something we had been putting off for a while - his dental issues. The vet was able to remove several infected teeth that were likely causing him discomfort for quite some time. The staff were compassionate, attentive, and showed a real sense of urgency in addressing our concerns. Now that he’s been home for two days and recovering well, we feel such a huge sense of relief knowing those problematic teeth are finally gone. I have had nothing but amazing experience at this facility. The few unfortunate times I had to come here for urgent pet help, that are very kind, fast, and efficient when helping your pet. This place is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than a traditional pet hospital, so it is a great alternative for those on a budget. There are truly no words that fully capture how grateful I am for Atlantic Street Pet Hospital and their incredible staff. In December, my sweet baby girl Chloe — my best friend passed away here, and despite one of the most heartbreaking nights of my life, the compassion I was shown is something I will never forget. I remember running out of my house with my husband, no shoes, completely panicked, holding Chloe in my arms. The moment I reached the door, the front desk staff rushed to me without hesitation and gently took her from my arms. In a moment of pure fear and devastation, their urgency, kindness, and care meant everything to me. What stands out even more is the love they showed after that night. A few weeks later, I received a card in the mail, a gesture so thoughtful and deeply human that it still brings tears to my eyes. It reminded me that they didn’t just care for Chloe, they cared for me too. That level of empathy is rare and unforgettable. Losing Chloe shattered my heart, but Atlantic Street Pet Hospital treated us with dignity, warmth, and genuine compassion during an unimaginable time. They never made me feel like just another client. I felt supported, understood, and cared for. I’m happy to say that I will be returning this upcoming Monday with our newest addition, (Puppy) Miles, for his second round of the parvo vaccine and an exam. While nothing can ever replace my Chloe, there is immense comfort in knowing my babies are in such loving and capable hands. I took 2 of my cats here to be treated on 2 different occasions, both times we saw Dr. Manpreet Brar. During both of the experiences, our cats received exceptional care!  Last fall, my cat Cubby was wounded badly on his inner, upper tail and he required stitches. Dr Brar advised, given the location of the injury, the stitches can my most likely be reopened.  To our surprise, they did not!  Cubby healed seamlessly!  Then in December 2025, my feral adopted cat Beanie was seen for eye & nose drainage and terrible breath and rotting teeth.  When she was first examined, she was given a few medications and was dramatically improved within 24 hours!  We returned to the clinic a few days later for her much needed dental work and tooth extractions. In summary,  ALL of the staff here are knowledgeable, empathetic, and exhibit a true passion for the work that they do.  At the time of our visits,  we were presented with different treatment/payment options and never felt pressured into making a decision. I am so thankful to have found such an amazing vet! Getting our dog's procedure done at a price we could afford was truly a Christmas present for my husband and I. Their staff is amazing! So kind, professional,  and respectful. Other vets we have gone to feel like we are just a number, we definitely didn't feel like just a number here. Took our 2 year old Mastiff Denim here for an emergency surgery in April. He had a blockage which ended up being a silicone pacifier stuck in his intestines. We had waited too long hoping it would pass and didn’t. His intestines were nearly falling apart they were so necrotic. Dr. Gill did an amazing job even though he believed denim would have a 50/50 chance of survival after coming home. He was up and active again after a week and trying to do more much before. I can’t thank the staff enough and the vet tech also that helped assist with holding my baby while i wrestled denim into sedation with the doc. Thank you so much!!!!

It's 6:15pm the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I HAPPENED to notice there was blood in my cats litter box. I called this place because I didn't want to wait til morning or potentially Monday after Thanksgiving, and they said come on in they're open til 10pm. I arrived and we did a physical evaluation first. The vet suggested a Urinalysis. They did that and it was apparent my cat was very sick with how much blood was in the urine. I asked to do a blood test to just go ahead and check her kidneys (I've had a cat die from kidney failure so that was important to me). Had the blood results back in about half an hour. Luckily kidneys and other vitals were fine. They gave her pain meds, and shot of antibiotics and meds for inflammation. In summary: I was very happy that they were open late til 10pm, that's amazing! They were a little more pricy than a standard vet appointment (by around maybe $20-$30) but not anywhere close to an ER vet price. Before they ran tests or gave meds they gave me the options and their suggestions and alternatives, as well as the price breakdown and a view of what the final total would be. I was expecting $1,000+ and we didn't hit that and were pretty well under so I'd call that a win. All in all I'm very happy with the care, price, and treatment plan. My sweet babe scratched her eye pretty bad. The awesome staff at Atlantic Street Hospital got me in right away. When no other vet could. All the staff are very nice and friendly. That make your visit with your sick or injured loved one a very pleasant experience. With that being said I will most likely be coming here and here only from now on. Also…. Found a small dog dragging it's leash in front of my home without a tag on the collar. Was so grateful that Atlantic Street Pet Hospital was open late!
